Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Kuttek Wraps! Please read the following booking policy carefully before making a reservation. 1. Reservation Process: All reservations must be made through our official booking channels, such as our website, mobile app, or by phone. A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your booking. 2. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email or SMS from us. Please review all details in the confirmation to ensure accuracy. Contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. 3. Cancellations and Changes: You may cancel or modify your booking up to 48 Hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $200 or result in a forfeiture of your booking deposit. 4. Deposits and Payments: Some bookings may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking. The remaining balance, if any, is due at the time of service or checkout. 5. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Refunds may take 14 to reflect in your account. 6. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure your full service time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, delayed delivery or rescheduling, based on availability. 7.
