We had been on a road trip down to Santa Barbara and on our first leg of the trip the frigging power window wouldn't shut. GRRR. Long story short we got the window to roll up to the top but it was definitely out of alignment.
I happened to be on Yelp peaking around for a new lunch place to try. Had some errands lined up for the day. But I called Kuttek Werkz just to see what it might cost. The guy gave me a quote of $45-$200. Hahahaha. But the guy sound sincere on the phone. I later called back and asked if we could take the car in shortly and he said no problem. Cool. We had to drive pass his place for our errands any how. Kind of strange when I drove up because it was a storefront. I was wondering where their "work space" was. Duhhh out back ...look out back gurl. Then I saw the Hummer parked in front of the place and thought 'Uh ohhh I think it might cost me the high end of that price quote.' But that was all assumptions.

Sam was professional. He looked like he was 18.They finished working on the car in less than 15 minutes! I mentioned that I had found him on Yelp. He gave us a really decent discount. We were relieved we actually walked out of there on the less pricey end of that price quote and with a discount to boot. If I ever need auto glass work Kuttek Werkz would be the place. Too bad not many places give such wonderful customer service anymore. Sam, we truly appreciated it. Thanks!

"so a couple weeks ago, i got a call from a 510 number that wasn't in my phone book. i figured it was someone who's number i lost after breaking a couple phones this summer (oops). i was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a guy named Sam, from Kuttek Werkz. he said he read my review on yelp and somehow tracked which customer i was!

he told me that they wanted me to be satisfied with the work done on my window, so he said that if i brought my car back, he'd be happy to fix anything that was wrong. i told him i had moved across the country since the window replacement, so he not only found a shop for me to take my window to, he had them ship a honda window (to match my other windows!) and paid for the other glass company to install it, and reimbursed me for any trouble.

okay, i'm sure you're wondering if i'm giving them two extra stars because they hooked me up with a window i wanted and basically fixed my problem. no, that's not it. but i'm HUGE on customer service. i think it's so hard to find these days. most people are happy to just take your money (especially since i paid for it through insurance), and don't care if you're content with what you got. for Kuttek Werkz Auto Glass to through the trouble of figuring out which of their customers i was, finding my invoice, calling me, and then finding a way to fix my problem must have been a lot, but i am SO glad they did.

admittedly, i'm probably a handful to deal with, especially when it comes to my car, but if i needed something like my windshield replaced (i don't mind if that doesn't match as much lol) i would probably go back (if i still lived in the bay area). they definitely care about their customers more than, say, a dealership would and if that's important to you, i'd say it's worth checking out these guys.

oh. but if anyone knows about a bunch of jokers driving around san leandro throwing bricks into people's windows. let me know.

I just came back from having my windshelid replaced.  I must say, I was very impressed.  The Price was excellent, they were kind, fast and effeciant.  They had my car finished, and I was on my way home within 30 mins.  They accomidated my children, and woked with me on payment option.  If  I ever need this work done again, I will call this place!  I will also highly recomend them to anyone I know!

Thank you for the remote control cars, my kids love them!  ANd thank you for making this a very pleasant experience, and working with me on pricing, and payment!

Had a rock hit my Cayenne windshield . After some research, I called kuttek works, they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the glass, scheduled my appointment, when i got there, they were very professional, my glass was ready, and one hour later my Cayenne had a new windshield and i was on my way. The place was very clean, the technicians were professional, although they used original Porsche glass and trim, their price was few hundreds less than the dealer. The service was exceptional. I am glad i found them, I highly recommend them. FIVE STARS

I took my car in at 10 am on Saturday to have the windshield replaced and by 10:35 I was on my way home, all for $175.  The dealer quoted me $975 not including labor.  The installation is perfect and its exactly like my original glass (no blue or green bar at the top) so I'm happy!

Just got back with a brand new windshield. They do excellent work and they are very well priced. It looks as if it was factory done. Their service is great and their members are friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I shopped around online for prices to replace my front windshield.  This place doesn't give you quotes online so I called the next day and their prices were MUCH more reasonable than the quotes I already got.  They even got me in that same day!  They were friendly and courteous and had my windshield installed in less than 20 minutes.  I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.  The guy said they'll come to your house like other companies do to replace the glass but it was raining that day so I had to go to their office/garage.  Would definitely recommend this place to others and I would go there myself again if I get another crack in my windshield.

I brought my car to Kuttek Workz to redo my windshield installation after some "Mickey mouse operation" company did my windshield.

they were able to remove my old windshield and clean up all the mess that the other company did, installed a new windshield and replaced my windshield trim. now my car looks back to normal. Thank you for your making this right for me and fitting me in on short notice.

I called 5 different shops to get quotes, their price was most reasonable, and had my glass in stock. after the installation was done my glass looked like it was factory install, I am very pleased and highly recommend them to everyone.
