How long does it take to install my windshield?
- Windshield installation takes from 30 minutes to up to 2 hours. Most windshields can be done under an hour.

What kind of glass does Kuttek Works use?
- We use only the highest quality glass available in the market, all of which meets or exceeds the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Some examples include PPG, Pilkington, APTech, ULN, CarLite, Sekurit, FYG, and Sigla. These manufacturers produce glass for automakers such as Honda, Toyota, BMW, and Mercedes

Does Kuttek Works offer any type of warranty?
- Yes. we offers warranty against manufacturer's defect and LIFETIME warranty on labor. We make sure all our glass are installed properly the first time, using only the highest grade materials such as SIKA Flex (recommended by high end European automakers, including Mercedes, Audi , Porche, Volkswagen, and BMW).

Can I wait while my windshield is being installed?
- Yes. We have a quiet waiting area for our customers to wait while their car is being serviced, and you can drive off your car in as little as 30 minutes after the installation of your windshield is completed.

Can I wash my car immediately after I get my windshield installed?
- No. Although you can drive off almost immediately, we recommend waiting at least five days before washing your car. This ensures that the windshield seals off completely so the high-pressured water does not enter the car.

Will rain affect my newly installed windshield?
- No. Rain water is not pressurized like water from a car wash, so you can drive worry-free in rain or shine.

How does the windshield affect the structure of my car?
- Windshields support the roof of a vehicle during a rollover. Based on recent industry studies, the windshield supports up to 70% of a vehicle's structural integrity during a rollover. If the windshield is compromised due to cracks, chips or poor installation, it can fail to provide the necessary support, resulting in serious injuries or death.

I have a rock chip in my windshield. Do you recommend repairing it or replacing it?
- Chips and cracks, up to a certain size and length, can be repaired. However, the structural rigidity will not equal that of a new windshield. Similar to pressing the top and bottom of an eggshell, a windshield can withstand great pressure. But once the eggshell sustains a crack, it is much easier to crush. We only recommend repairs as a temporary solution.

- In most cases we will beat or meet our competitors' prices. however we will not cut corners or lower quality to meet our competitors' prices. We do have the buying power when it comes to glass, but quality will always be our main focus and concern.
